Founded in Amsterdam in 2019, Blue Road Academy (founded as RefugeeForce) is an award-winning social enterprise. At Blue Road Academy, we advance the careers of newcomers with technical training, professional development, and direct connections with top employers. We are on a mission to create a more diverse, inclusive, and integrated community of technical professionals. We aim to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the public on the value and skills newcomers bring with them to create new lives in their host country.
